- ADD/HD (Attention Deficit Disorder)
- Fatigue/ lethargy

- Outdoor activities: yard work, a good “Hike and Chill” strain
- A very flexible and functional cerebral Indica/ Sativa Hybrid that can enhance almost any activity, hobby, or pastime
APPEARANCE / AROMA/ TASTE:
The immediate visual appeal of Sour Lemon is quite evident. This is a classic looking strain with small, medium, and larger buds. There is somewhat of a tropical-look to the buds. They are quite densely cured and infused with long spindly orange pistil/ stigma.
Good For Bowls but Grind for Rolls:
Buds are very densely cured and sticky to the touch. The use of a grinder will be helpful before attempting to roll this up. I found it to be better suited to the pipe and the bong. It had a tendency to clump together into smaller nuggets like Diesel Dough
- Spice- garlic (from .40% caryophyllene)
- Sweet-licorice/ like “Twizzlers” or “Red Vines”
A CLOSER LOOK INSIDE:
The Limonene content of this batch of Sour Lemons is very substantial at .36%.
Limonene, more than some of the other terpenes, acts as THC modulator and its level in any strain can somewhat predict the intensity of effect. This seems quite evident in Curio’s Sour Lemon which, is indeed, a potent psychoactive strain.
Sour Lemon by Curio is an extremely useful and effective strain capable of producing intense feelings of euphoria and mental stimulation.
As Sativa strains go, Sour Lemons is a mix of stimulating euphoria tempered with a mild body high that serves more to calm the nerves than relax the muscles.
This strain promotes creative thinking, and mental focus for those experienced users seeking a boost that won’t distract. Novice users, or those sensitive to Sativa strains due to anxiety or panic attacks may find Sour Lemon to be a bit of an unwelcome head rush depending on tolerance and dosage.
I would most certainly purchase Sour Lemon again. I don’t think it is as functional or hard hitting or longer lasting than Curio’s Sour Jack, but it’s a close second.
THE LONG ROAD HOME (My Toke…)
I would most certainly purchase Sour Lemon again. Upon first trying it, I didn’t think it was as functional, hard hitting, longer lasting than Curio’s Sour Jack, but it was “a close 2nd”
I have to say some of that still holds true:
At least the part about it not being as hard-hitting for instants the current batch of sour jack I have is 27% and it seems a lot stronger than this 34% batch of sour lemon.
That being said, I will retract my opinion about it not being as functional because I think that was my state of mind at the time, but it certainly is functional or as functional as Sour Jack this time around. Also, to say the duration is about the same for both.
